Dojo is one of Europe's fastest growing payment companies, with over 1,700 staff across locations in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Italy and France. Operating in a highly regulated sector, the business onboards a significant number of new contact centre advisors every month - each of whom needs to reach full competency quickly, maintain compliance standards and deliver a consistently high level of customer service in an environment where products, processes and regulations change rapidly.

The Challenge

The volume and frequency of new starter onboarding was posing a significant challenge for Dojo in
terms of compliance readiness and in-role competence. Getting advisors up to speed quickly
enough - and keeping them there as the business evolved - was stretching traditional trainingg
